2026 Debutante Leadership Development Program
"Pearls of Promise:  The Brillance Within"

Program Eligibility Requirements

• Female high school student

• Sophomore, junior, or senior class standing.  Must be between the ages of 16-19 at the time of presentation in December 2026

• Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 (C+) on a four-point scale as of January 2026

• Be unmarried, not expecting, and have no children

• Must exhibit high moral and ethical standards

• Must be willing to fully commit to participation in debutante program activities, including attire guidelines

• Complete the Gamma Phi Omega Debutante Leadership Development Program Application and subsequent in-person candidate interview
